About NB NPW
The Business and Professional Women’s Club of New Brunswick was founded in the province in 1944. Its mandate and objectives include the following:
- To develop and train women in business, the professions and industry;
- To work towards the improvement of economic, employment and social conditions for women;
- To work for high standards of service in business, the professions, industry and public life;
- To stimulate interest in federal, provincial and municipal affairs, and to encourage women to participate in the business of government at all levels;
- To encourage and assist women and girls to acquire education and training; and
- To affiliate with other organizations to promote mutual interests.
We are a member of the Canadian and International Federations of Business and Professional Women’s Clubs, both of which were founded in 1930.

Yvette Swan Reception
A reception was held recently at the home of Sue Calhoun in honour of Yvette Swan, past BPW International President, who is currently studying at St. Mary's University for her Doctorate in Theology. The reception was hosted by both Provincial and National BPW with members from Moncton and Sud-Est clubs in attendance.

We are an umbrella group for BPW Clubs in New Brunswick. Current clubs include:
